1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, browsing, or using the RoadLess mobile applications, website, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue using RoadLess.
2. Platform Role
RoadLess is a marketplace and discovery platform that connects independent outdoor enthusiasts (“Travelers”) with local adventure guides, clubs, and activity hosts (“Providers”). Unless explicitly stated, RoadLess does not directly operate tours or outdoor excursions.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities that occur under your credentials.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
When booking an adventure through RoadLess, you enter into a direct agreement with the respective Provider. Cancellation policies, refund terms, and weather contingency arrangements are specified on the activity details page prior to confirmation.
5. Outdoor Safety & Assumption of Risk
Outdoor sports and activities (such as mountain hiking, scuba diving, rock climbing, and desert camping) carry inherent risks of injury or property loss. Travelers agree to assess their physical fitness, wear proper equipment, and adhere to guide safety instructions at all times.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not post deceptive reviews, harass providers or other participants, attempt unauthorized system access, or use the service for illegal activities.
